Senior PMO (Retail Transformation) (Malaysian)
RM15,000 ~ RM20,000
Location:  Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems (AS-IS)

  • Develop and present future-state processes and system solutions (TO-BE) to stakeholders

  • Engage business users and stakeholders to understand operational challenges and objectives

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions across departments (e.g., operations, sales, finance, supply chain)

  • Prepare and document Business Requirements (BRD) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS)

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate system design and implementation

  • Monitor project progress, scope, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

  • Act as the key liaison between business units and IT teams

  • Drive continuous improvement and identify optimization opportunities

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in PMO, Business Analysis, or Project Management

  • Proven experience in system analysis, business process mapping, and system design.

  • Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel or a similar framework.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a development team.

  • Solid understanding of SDLC, project management methodologies, and best practices.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Strong experience in AS-IS / TO-BE analysis and business process transformation

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

  • Strong documentation skills (BRD, SRS, functional specifications)

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in retail industry (e.g., POS systems, inventory management, supply chain, e-commerce)

  • Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Nuxt.js).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Background in system implementation or digital transformation projects

  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies

  • Understanding of system integration and enterprise architecture concepts

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage

  • Japanese speaking will be advantage (Option)
