People Consultingは、グローバルに約6,000人、日本でも300人の組織・人材・人事の専門プロフェッショナルを擁し、企業の大規模変革(海外進出、M&A・組織再編、労働生産性向上、コスト削減等)を組織・人材・人事の観点から包括的に支援しています。
ビジネス変革においては「組織・人材・人事」に関わる課題がボトルネックになることが多く、CXO視点から幅広いテーマを扱います。
Organization & Workforce Transformationチームでは、業界を問わず、以下のような組織・人材・人事に係るトランスフォーメーションを支援します。

・コンサルティングファームにおいて、クライアント企業変革支援の経験(業界やテーマは問わない)を持ち、上記「ご支援内容(一例)」に記載の組織・人材・人事の変革支援に興味・関心が高い
