Job Description
■職務概要：
主業務は工場長の日本人と現地ナショナルスタッフ間の業務通訳。
またグループ会社からの出張者等の必要な際の通訳業務。
通訳業務が不要の時には人事総務等、バックオフィスの業務を兼務して頂く事になります。
■本ポジションの特徴：
・工場長直下で業務を行うため、経営・現場双方に近いポジション
・通訳に加え、実質的な調整・橋渡し役としての役割を担う
・製造現場の課題解決に直接関与できる環境
■職務内容：
・社内会議・商談・業務指示等の通訳 (工場内での指示通訳・取引先との価格・納期交渉等がメイン)
・会議資料作成・議事録作成/翻訳・業務改善提案・書類・手順書の翻訳や策定
・工場環境や現場立ち合いでの業務有り
※単なる言語変換ではなく、背景や意図を踏まえた橋渡し役としての役割を期待します。

Required Skills
■必須要件Mandatory qualifications
・日本語および英語でのビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力
・日英通訳の実務経験（社内外の会議・折衝・商談等）
・異文化環境におけるコミュニケーション能力および調整力
・守秘義務およびコンプライアンス意識を有する方
■歓迎要件Desired qualifications
・自動車・機械・電子部品などの製造業経験 や 品質管理、生産管理、購買などの業務知識
・同時通訳または高度な通訳トレーニング経験
・海外勤務または駐在員サポート経験
・議事録作成・資料作成・翻訳業務の経験
