確立された基準と手順に従い、デスクトップ、ノートPC、ワークステーション、および標準アプリケーションに関連する複雑な問題のトラブルシューティングと解決を行い、L1/L2のオンサイトサポートを提供します 。
ITチケットシステムを使用して、ITリクエスト、インシデント、および問題を正確に記録、更新、解決し、詳細な作業記録と解決策を含めます 。
IT基準、システム、またはアプリケーションに関連するチケットを特定し、必要に応じて適切なアプリケーション担当者や上位レベルのサポートチームにエスカレーションします 。
ビデオ会議システム、プリンター、プロジェクターなどのオンサイトIT施設を管理およびサポートし、ビデオ会議の技術的サポートを提供します 。
標準的なハードウェアとソフトウェアを使用して、新入社員のPCセットアップと退職者のデバイス回収を実施します 。
会社のポリシーと基準に従い、サーバールームとITエリアの運用および保守をサポートします 。
ITポリシー、手順、承認されたツールに関するガイダンスとトレーニングをユーザーに提供し、IT施策に関するコミュニケーションをサポートします 。

Windows 10/11の習熟 。
