Key Responsibilities / 主な職務内容
Daily Accounting: Manage AP/AR, journal entries, and bank reconciliations using ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, etc.). 日常経理業務: ERPシステム(SAP、JD Edwards等)を使用した、売掛・買掛金管理、仕訳入力、銀行照合。
Inventory & Closing: Support monthly/annual closing and inventory reconciliation (essential for both Retail and Manufacturing sectors). 在庫・決算: 月次・年次決算のサポート、および在庫照合業務(小売・製造業双方で重要な業務です)。
Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and vendors regarding payments and documentation. 社内連携: 支払や書類に関して、他部署やベンダーとの円滑な連携。
Global Communication: Manage email correspondence in English for international reporting and system use. グローバル対応: 海外レポートやシステム操作における、英語でのメール対応。

Required Skills / 必要なスキル
Experience: 2+ years of accounting experience (Experience in Retail or Manufacturing preferred). 経験: 経理実務経験2年以上(小売、または製造業界での経験があれば尚可)。
Software: Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP software. ITスキル: Excel(VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル)の習熟、およびERPシステムの利用経験。
English: Reading and writing proficiency for emails and documentation (No fluent speaking required). 英語力: メール対応や書類作成に必要な読み書きスキル(流暢な会話力は不問)。
Qualifications: Nissho Boki Level 2 or equivalent bookkeeping knowledge. 資格: 日商簿記2級、または同等の知識。
