This role supports learning and development initiatives for the Japan organization
You will coordinate training programs and work closely with regional and global HR teams to deliver impactful learning solutions.

Description

    • Coordinate and support learning & development programs for employees in Japan
    • Manage training logistics, schedules, and participant communication
    • Support onboarding and early-career development programs
    • Track training data, attendance, and feedback using Excel-based tools
    • Liaise with regional and global L&D / HR teams to align initiatives
    • Assist with internal learning platforms and content deployment
    • Support ad-hoc HR or talent development projects as needed

Job Offer
