- ベンダー変更内容の整理と業務ユーザーへの説明
- フロント〜バックオフィスとの要件調整
- 業務要件・金融フローをシステム要件へ落とし込み
- グローバル／リージョナルチーム、開発者との連携
- プロジェクト・KYC関連ドキュメントの作成・更新
- 外部ベンダー対応（アップグレード、移行、ライセンス）
- 進捗・予算管理および地域IT標準のローカル展開支援
