In this senior front-office role, you will lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing transactions, while developing long-term relationships with key industry players. • Originate and execute financing and investment transactions across aviation and transportation sectors.
• Structure transactions including financial modelling, credit analysis, and investment evaluation.
• Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams such as credit, risk, and legal.
• Negotiate transaction documentation including facility agreements and security structures.
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, lessors, investors, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global product teams to deliver integrated financing solutions.
• Monitor market trends and asset performance to support strategic business development.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 航空機ファイナンス、リース、船舶ファイナンス、アセットファイナンス等での実務経験5年以上
• ファイナンス案件の組成・実行経験（オリジネーション含む）
• 財務モデリング、クレジット分析、投資評価の実務経験
• ファイナンス案件におけるストラクチャリングおよび契約交渉経験
• デューデリジェンスおよび社内（リスク・法務等）調整の経験
• アセットバックファイナンスおよびリスク評価の知識
• グローバル案件やクロスボーダー環境での業務経験

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in transportation finance, including aircraft finance, leasing, shipping finance, or structured asset finance.
• Proven track record in originating and executing financing or investment transactions.
• Strong experience in financial modelling, credit analysis, and investment evaluation.
• Experience in transaction structuring and negotiation of financing documentation.
• Exposure to due diligence processes and coordination with credit, risk, and legal teams.
• Familiarity with asset-backed financing structures and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-border environments with international stakeholders.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex financial structures and risks.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills in managing transaction discussions and documentation.
