Job Description
■事業概要：
投資・買収案件のソーシング、交渉、取引および、投資先 (グループ会社) の事業ハンズオン。投資先のバリューアップ支援。
■職務内容：
買収子会社の統合業務（Post Merger Integration）の一環でアカウンティング・ファイナンス面で現地チームのサポートおよび本社経理部門との連携
-月次決算、MISの作成（現地チームのフォロー）
-本社に提出する連結パッケージの作成
-請求、売掛金、回収業務に関する現地チームのサポート
-法定監査業務の現地チームのサポート、本社との連携
-グループ監査の対応
