- 夜勤データセンターオペレーション全体の統括
- チケット対応・エスコート・電話対応の管理
- メンバー（未経験含む）の教育・育成・品質管理
- 日勤チームとの引継ぎおよびパスダウン管理
- インシデント初動対応、マニュアル整備・運用改善
