顧客対応：中国向けEC店舗を運営する在日顧客（セラー）からの問い合わせ対応（チャット中心）。
調整・連携：注文、在庫、出荷、キャンペーンに関する情報提供や、社内関連部署との調整。
履歴管理：顧客とのコミュニケーション履歴の管理・整理、案内配信。
リサーチ：中国SNS等のトレンド調査、その他営業事務サポート。
マニュアルが完備されているため、受発注や出荷オペレーションの流れを正確に伝え、報連相を大切にしながら進めていくお仕事です。
