Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Support the company and branch offices in achieving their targets by closely monitoring sales and recruitment performance, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Manage and support business development initiatives, including planning, coordinating, and aligning activities between branches and head office.
Collaborate with branches to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
Provide recruitment support to Branch Directors, particularly in driving the hiring of Relationship Managers (RMs)
Coordinate and manage private client events to strengthen client engagement and relationships
Undertake ad hoc assignments as required by management
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience of minimum 3 years.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
