Tool Design & Development
Knowledge of tool processes and tool specifications
Proficiency in CAD software
Experience with manufacturing processes
Knowledge of CNC machining and specialized tooling technologies
New Product Development (NPD)
New project development at vendor end
Assisting vendors in document creation and updation
Regular follow‑up with vendors regarding part development
Process Knowledge
Welding process knowledge
Quality Assurance
Implementing and monitoring quality systems at vendor end
Monitoring SIAP quality control systems
Visiting vendors to witness trials and conduct accuracy checks
Ensuring tools produce components within specified tolerances
Conducting inspections, corrective actions, and troubleshooting
Drawing Interpretation
Understanding drawing requirements and quality standards
Supplier & Process Audits
Supplier system audit and process audit awareness
Strong audit knowledge
