PR/123682 | Production General Manager (Woodworking Manufacturing)

Basic Requirements:

• Possesses bachelor's degree in any major.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Manager in furniture, wooden door, or other woodworking manufacturing products.

• Speaks English communicatively (There will be overseas business trip)

Responsibilities:

• Possess strong expertise in production management and efficient manufacturing processes for furniture, wooden doors or other wood‑based products.

• Experienced in applying high standards of workplace safety and product quality within furniture, wooden doors, or wood product manufacturing environments.

• Capable of detailed planning across all production areas, including finishing, R&D, and QA‑QC, while efficiently managing resources and schedules to meet production targets.

• Able to lead the implementation of TPM and TQM across production lines and consistently uphold 5S and Kaizen practices.

• Skilled at identifying sudden production issues and resolving them quickly with effective solutions.

• Well‑versed in the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Have a solid understanding of related functions such as HR, marketing, finance, administration, and other supporting business areas.
