Description
- 3〜5名規模のエンジニアチームの育成・1on1・目標設定・評価
- 技術的な意思決定や課題解決、全体設計・ミドルウェア選定
- プロジェクトの進行管理、リソースアサイン、チームパフォーマンス向上
- 開発プロセス改善や組織課題の特定と提案、制度づくり
- ビジネスサイドと連携しプロダクト価値を最大化
