本ポジションは、国内に強固な事業基盤を持つ 大手外資系保険グループ のデジタル組織におけるポジションです。海外HQと連携しつつ、日本市場向けのAIプロダクトを自社開発する中枢チームに参画いただきます。
職務内容
- 生成AI・ML アルゴリズムを動かすアプリケーションの設計・開発
- 既存システムと連携するAPIの設計、開発、テスト、検証
- AI/ML 実行基盤（AIHUB）の設計・開発および運用最適化
- 機械学習向けETL、データ加工・整備
- 生成AIのプロンプト設計
- ステークホルダーとの要件整理・調整および対外ベンダーとの技術コミュニケーション
条件・待遇
- 年収：〜1300万円程度（経験に応じて決定）
- ボーナス年3回（うち2回は固定）
- ハイブリッド勤務（週2回オフィス）
- AI開発チームでの裁量あるポジション
