The Counsel will support legal and compliance matters across the Asia Pacific region including corporate governance and implementation of the company’s compliance program.

東京拠点の法務サポートを担当し、欧州本社の法務・コンプライアンス部門にレポートします。
アジア太平洋地域における法務・コンプライアンス全般（コーポレートガバナンス、コンプライアンスプログラム等）を担当します。

【Key Responsibilities（主な職務内容）】
● Legal Compliance Support
・Provide practical and balanced legal advice to business teams
・Monitor regulatory changes and ensure appropriate response
・Oversee corporate governance for the Japan entity
・Manage and implement the company’s compliance program （Japan）
● Stakeholder Management
・Build strong working relationships with local management and employees
・Collaborate with global Legal Compliance colleagues and other corporate functions
・Manage external legal counsel
● Risk Governance
・Monitor compliance trends and identify potential risks
・Assess governance effectiveness and update processes as needed
● Training Education
・Conduct compliance and legal training across the region
・Identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly
● Regulatory Administrative Tasks
・Handle required permits registrations and documentation for Japan operations

・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・国際的な環境での法務・コンプライアンスに関する高度な知識、経験
・企業内のコンプライアンス担当としての実務経験（国際的・多文化環境での経験も歓迎）
・日本における法規制・コンプライアンスに関する知識
・独禁法、贈収賄防止、輸出管理・制裁法などの対応経験
・国際グループ企業におけるコーポレートガバナンス対応経験
・研修・プレゼンテーションを実施できる高いコミュニケーション能力
・自立して業務を遂行できる方／国際的なチームで協働できる方
・複数業務を整理しながら進められる分析力・組織力
・国内外への出張が可能な方
