■業務内容
当社の成長を支える人事部門において、下記の業務を同僚との協業やマネージャーのサポートを受けながら担当していただいております。将来的には、ご自身のスキルと経験に応じて、より広範な業務やプロジェクトを主体的に推進していただけることを期待しています。
1. 人事制度関連業務
・グローバル業務の運用、改善、関係配置とのコミュニケーション
・報酬制度の運用、報酬市場ベンチマーク・分析
2． 人事データ分析
・人件費予算の策定・管理、関係配置とのコミュニケーション
・人員構成、離職率、評価、報酬などの人事データのモニタリング・分析
3． その他
・人事・組織状況に応じた企画業務
・チーム内でのプロジェクト、およびチームを超えた配置横断プロジェクトへの参加
