■日々のインシデントや変更リクエストの対応
■ハードウェア・ソフトウェアのサポート
■プロジェクトの進捗管理および報告
■海外へのエスカレーション対応
■システムメンテナンスおよび設定変更の実施
■プロジェクトチームへの技術サポート提供
■協力会社・ベンダーとの調整・折衝
■ハードウェア構築・設置・資産管理
■PCI/SOX監査の定期実施
■各種ドキュメント作成
■ユーザートレーニングの実施
【英語使用頻度】
メール：外部ベンダーとのやり取り（毎日）
電話、MTG：ベンダーとのトレーニングセッション（週1回2h）、その他会議（週3回程度）
【日本語使用頻度】
メール、日常会話など毎日。
同社ツアー内現場での不具合のヒアリングはすべて日本語

■Microsoft Dynamics 365 （財務および運用/ストアコマース） に関する確かな理解
【歓迎スキル・経験（WANT）】
■チケット販売、EC、リテールPOS、倉庫管理、在庫管理、財務システム、カスタマーサービスプラットフォーム、レポート/分析ツールのサポート経験。
■PCI準拠環境での業務経験。
■大規模エンターテインメント施設や類似の高トラフィック環境での経験。
