・活動方針、戦略、活動計画の立案
・経営層が参加する会議体の企画・運営、課題提言および決議事項の実行管理
・海外グループ会社と連携したグローバルプロジェクトの推進（法規制対応、ESGデータ収集等）
・国内外関係部門との会議の企画・ファシリテーションを通じた全社連携の促進
・CDP、EcoVadisなどの外部評価対応における方針決定と回答プロセスの統括
・環境担当と連携し、排出量削減や再エネ導入検討など、環境施策とESG戦略の連動を推進
