■お任せする職務内容
・倫理部会の運営、事務局業務、各地域（欧州、米州、中国、アセアン、国内）の倫理協議会との連携
・内部通報対応を含む不祥事事案の受付と調査
・改善防止策策定の支援（人事、法務・コンプライアンス部門等執行部門との協業）
・倫理風土醸成のための教育研修の企画と実施
・倫理風土醸成のための仕組み、体制の構築
・関連諸規程の整備および改廃
・上記のための経営に対する助言・提言
*仕事内容の変更範囲：会社の定める業務全般
■組織のミッション
大手グローバル電子部品メーカーにおけるグループ行動規範の理解促進・遵守徹底に向けた教育・啓発活動を行うとともに、内部通報の受付、調査、審理および再発防止など、グループ行動規範の運用面の管理を担う。
