職務内容
- FITインバウンド部門全体の統括、および各チームリーダー・マネージャーのマネジメント
- 部門のP/L管理、年間予算策定、実績レビュー
- 顧客満足度向上施策の推進および主要クライアントとの関係構築
- 市場動向を踏まえた新規ビジネス機会の創出、営業活動の支援
- インバウンド商材・旅行商品の企画開発および改善
