ワークスペースを提供・運営する企業にてコミュニティリードの募集がございます。各拠点で、入居企業のサポートやイベントの企画・運営、オフィスの運営管理などをご担当いただきます。

職務内容:
- 入居企業のニーズを把握し、快適なオフィス環境を提供
- 他拠点の入居企業との交流を促進し、ビジネスのきっかけをつくる
- オフィスツアーや契約サポートなど、営業チームとの連携
- 入居企業向けイベントの企画・運営
- 拠点の受付、設備、ベンダー対応など、日々のオペレーション管理
- チームメンバーの育成やサポート
応募要件:
- 大卒もしくは同等の学位
- ビジネスオペレーション経験
- BtoBビジネス、ホスピタリティまたは小売業でのオペレーション経験2年以上（イベントまたはセールス経験尚良）
- カスタマーサービスおよび・またはセールス経験
- 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint）
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力尚可
