日本全国に展開する大規模住宅事業のIT・データ関連プロジェクトを推進いただきます。
要件整理からテストまで一連の開発工程をリードし、サービス品質向上に貢献できるポジションです。

IT基盤の整備・機能開発を強化しており、IT部門の拡大フェーズにあります。
職務内容
- ITディレクターのもとでプロジェクトを推進
- 小規模プロジェクトのリード
- 事業部門との要件整理、業務フロー理解、仕様調整
- プロジェクトスコープ・目的の整理および関係者との合意形成
- 開発チームとの連携、技術・非技術メンバー間の橋渡し
- テストケース作成、受入テスト対応
- 国内外のベンダーとの協働（日本語メイン、一部英語）

- Web開発またはクラウド技術の知見
- Agile / Waterfall の双方への理解
- プロジェクト／課題管理ツール経験
- PM系または技術系資格
