主な職務内容

  • 経営陣と連携し、企業の成長を支える戦略的HR戦略の策定・実行
  • AI時代に対応した組織設計・人材戦略・人事制度の構築
  • 日本と米国を中心としたグローバルHR機能の統合・運用
  • 評価制度・報酬制度・タレントマネジメントなどのグローバルHR基盤の設計
  • グローバルとローカル双方の文化・法規制を踏まえた人事ポリシーの策定
  • グローバル採用戦略の推進(主にエンジニア部門)
  • 日本および海外市場におけるエンプロイヤーブランドの強化
  • 約30名規模のHR組織の統括、自律的にパフォーマンスを出していくチーム文化の醸成
  • 国内HR・グローバルHR・HRBP・労務・採用・HRオペレーションのリーダー育成
  • 複雑な組織課題の解決、重要プロジェクトのリード
  • データドリブンな従業員エンゲージメント向上施策の推進

As Head of HR, you will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, designing and implementing future-ready HR strategies that support rapid international growth across Japan and the United States.

This senior leadership role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to build and scale a global HR organization, aligning talent strategy, culture, and organizational design with the company's long-term growth and technological innovation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business transformation and rapid scaling.
  • Design agile organizational structures and human capital systems aligned with global workforce trends and AI-driven innovation.
  • Lead the cross-border integration of HR operations between Japan and the United States, establishing unified global HR standards.
  • Oversee global HR infrastructure including performance management, compensation frameworks, and talent development systems.
  • Develop HR policies ensuring global consistency while maintaining regional legal compliance and cultural alignment.
  • Drive global recruitment strategies to scale engineering and technical teams across international markets.
  • Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract high-caliber talent in Japan and overseas.
  • Lead and mentor a multifunctional HR team of approximately 30 members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide strategic leadership to resolve complex organizational challenges and lead mission-critical HR initiatives.
  • Implement data-driven employee engagement programs to strengthen retention and organizational commitment.

Required Skills

必須条件 経験・資格:

  • 人事経験10年以上
  • うち、人事のシニアリーダーとしての経験5年以上
  • 多国籍企業(日系・外資系いずれでも可)における人事部長やシニアマネージャー、HRヘッド(または同等のポジション)としての実績
  • 戦略立案から実行まで、人事の全体的な経験があること
  • グローバル企業または多国籍企業でのHRマネジメント経験
ソフトスキル:

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:
  • 10+ years of corporate HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior HR leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading HR strategy across the full HR lifecycle from planning to execution.
  • Demonstrated experience working within multinational or global organizations.
Soft Skills:
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex organizational challenges proactively.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience guiding large teams through organizational change and growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, global business environment.
Language Requirements:
  • Japanese: Native or near-native level (JLPT N1 equivalent)
  • English: Business level or above for international collaboration
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience leading organizations through rapid workforce expansion and scaling.
  • Experience managing cross-border HR operations between Japan and global markets, particularly the U.S.
  • Strong experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience implementing AI or advanced technologies within HR operations.
  • Experience leading HR integration or Post-Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives.
