Our client, a prestigious global fragrance brand, is seeking a Fragrance Training Manager to enhance the knowledge, skills, and sales performance of Beauty Ambassadors and Fragrance Experts. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement impactful training programs, driving sales growth and brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop training programs for Beauty Ambassadors and Fragrance Experts
• - Conduct interactive training sessions using various methodologies
• - Design training materials on fragrance and sales strategies
• - Assess training needs and tailor programs to skill gaps
• - Coordinate training calendar with marketing and HQ guidelines
• - Support event execution with product knowledge coaching
• - Facilitate Master Classes for expert-level Beauty Ambassadors
• - Collaborate with retail partners for consistent brand messaging

• - ニーズの評価とプログラムの調整: 参加者のスキルギャップを評価し、ニーズに応じたプログラムを提供します。
• - トレーニングカレンダーの調整: マーケティングおよび本社のガイドラインと連携し、トレーニングスケジュールを調整します。
• - イベントサポート: 製品知識を活かし、イベントの成功をサポートします。
• - マスタークラスの実施: エキスパートレベルのビューティーアンバサダー向けに高度なトレーニングセッションを提供します。
• - 小売パートナーとの連携: 一貫したブランドメッセージを提供するため、小売パートナーと協力します。

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or Marketing
• - Proven experience in training and development within cosmetics industry
• - Japanese language proficiency
• - English language proficiency
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills
• - Experience with digital training tools and platforms
• - Knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and application techniques
• - Experience designing training materials (presentations, manuals, online modules)
• - Ability to conduct strategic counter visits for on-the-job training
