Position: Head Of Engineering
Salary: 65,000 - 80,000 THB
Location: Rama 4, Bangkok
The Head of Engineering & Maintenance is responsible for providing strategic leadership and corporate-level oversight of all engineering, maintenance, utilities, and technical infrastructure across all branches.
This role ensures operational excellence, asset protection, safety compliance, sustainability, and long-term infrastructure planning to support business growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
Multi-Branch Infrastructure Oversight
Oversee all critical systems across locations, including:
Onsen water temperature control (hot & cold pools)
Sauna & steam systems
HVAC
Electrical & plumbing systems
Mechanical and life-safety systems
Ensure facilities are fully operational and service-ready at all times.
Develop centralized monitoring and escalation frameworks.
Capital Projects & Expansion
Lead technical due diligence for new branch development.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
Oversee major renovation and CAPEX projects.
Approve technical specifications for high-value equipment.
Supervise commissioning and handover standards.
Training and Guidance for Local Staff
Leadership & Organizational Development
Lead Engineering Managers and multi-site teams.
Develop succession planning for technical leadership roles.
Implement KPI frameworks tied to performance and service standards.
Foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
