QA Manager
A well-established manufacturing company is looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and manage quality systems and compliance activities at its Thailand facility.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System to comply with ISO 13485 and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities meet quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support new product introduction, product transfer, and process change activities from a quality perspective.
• Lead and manage daily quality operations including inspections, deviation handling, and corrective actions.
• Act as the main quality contact for audits, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage supplier quality, including supplier evaluation, monitoring, and improvement activities.
• Oversee validation, calibration, and documentation control systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop the quality team to ensure effective performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote quality awareness across the organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Life Science, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in quality management within medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
• Experience in building, improving, or managing quality systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English and Thai.
