Job Description
We are looking for a to help design, analyze, and enhance our software systems while working closely with business users and development teams.
Responsibilities:
Review and assess existing systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and propose effective solutions
Prepare clear documentation such as system specifications, integration flows, and test scenarios
Coordinate with developers throughout the development and implementation process
Support system testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2-3+ years' experience working as a System Analyst or in a similar role
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and system documentation
Hands-on experience with business applications and enterprise systems
Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages)
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
