PR/119369 | System Analyst

We are looking for a  to help design, analyze, and enhance our software systems while working closely with business users and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess existing systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and propose effective solutions

• Prepare clear documentation such as system specifications, integration flows, and test scenarios

• Coordinate with developers throughout the development and implementation process

• Support system testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 2-3+ years' experience working as a System Analyst or in a similar role

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and system documentation

• Hands-on experience with business applications and enterprise systems

• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages)

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
