Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns.
  •  Generate new business opportunities from an existing lead database.
  •  Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  •  Provide clear product knowledge and client support.
  •  Accurately update client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

 

Requirement

  • Proficiency in Thai, English plus at least one additional language from the list below:


     Dutch
     Portuguese
     Spanish
     German
     French
     Polish
