Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate all HR functions in compliance with Thai Labor Law
  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, recruitment, visa & work permit
  • Handle performance appraisal systems and employee relations (ER)
  • Develop manpower planning and recruitment strategies to support future business growth.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Thai Labor Law
  • Experience in payroll, recruitment, visa/work permit processes
  • English: Intermediate level or above (Japanese is an advantage)
