当社は現在、事業をトレーディング分野へ拡大しており、国内外（ラオス国内および海外）での取引機会を見極め、トレーディング取引を実行できるトレーディングマネージャーを募集しています。市場機会の発掘に加えて、取引全体を的確に遂行し、当社の成長とトレーディング戦略に貢献していただける方を求めています。
・トレーディング分野における新規ビジネス機会の探索
・ 利益率・在庫回転率・ビジネスサイクルなど市場機会の分析
・日次のトレーディング業務（商品およびポートフォリオの実行）
・週次・月次・季節ごとの販売分析に基づく短期・長期戦略の策定
・目標利益を達成するための粗利益・粗利率管理
・目標設定、業績管理、採用、指導・育成などを通じ、個人およびチームの成功を促進する
・市場構造や規制の変更を継続的にモニタリングする
■求める経験・能力・資格等■
・卸売業者、取引所、ECN のルーティング機能に関する豊富な経験を有する
・高い組織力と、主体的に課題を解決する問題解決能力を備えている
・英語ビジネスレベル
・コーヒー、鉱物取引の経験があれば尚可
■オファー内容(勤務条件)■
≪給与≫ Net3,000USD～/月
≪賞与・インセンティブ≫ 担当者（PIC）が獲得した 取引利益の1％をインセンティブとして支給
≪勤務地≫ ビエンチャン市内
≪勤務時間≫ 月～土8:00～17:00
≪休暇≫ ラオスのカレンダーに準ずる
≪福利厚生≫住宅補助あり(300USD/月)
