職務概要
本ポジションでは、ERP導入のプロジェクトリードに加え、プリセールス支援やソリューション設計にも関与いただきます。経営層、営業、グローバル／オフショアチーム、顧客と連携しながら、業務・財務の両面から最適なERP導入を推進する、裁量と影響力の大きいポジションです。
職務内容
ERP導入プロジェクトの全体統括（要件定義～本稼働・定着支援）
プロジェクト計画、予算、リソース、リスク管理
プリセールスフェーズにおける要件整理、提案支援、見積作成
財務・販売・購買・在庫領域の業務要件整理およびERP設計
オフショアチームとの協業および品質管理
UAT、ユーザートレーニング、導入後支援
Microsoft関連ツール（Power Platform等）の活用推進
ERPガバナンスおよびドキュメント標準の整備、ならびにシステムパフォーマンスの監視と改善提案
応募資格
ERP導入プロジェクト経験（5年以上）
プロジェクトリードまたはPM経験（2年以上）
プリセールス／ソリューション提案への関与経験
会計・財務、販売、購買、在庫管理プロセスの理解
オフショアチームとの協業経験
顧客折衝力・コミュニケーション力
日本語：ビジネスレベル（日常会話以上）
ハイブリッド勤務が可能な方
