Job Description:
Develop and implement effective supply chain and production planning strategies to optimise inventory, production, and distribution processes.
Analyse demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules to identify and address potential bottlenecks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery of finished products.
Provide support and guidance to production, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
Prepare and monitor production plans to align with company objectives and customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain planning or production operations, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and customers.
