Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective supply chain and production planning strategies to optimise inventory, production, and distribution processes.

• Analyse demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules to identify and address potential bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery of finished products.

• Provide support and guidance to production, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Prepare and monitor production plans to align with company objectives and customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain planning or production operations, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and customers.
