大規模製造拠点を有するプロセス産業系企業にて、ボイラー設備の技術リーダー募集です。
本企業は、海外に製造拠点を構え、24時間稼働の生産設備を安定的に運用することを事業の中核としています。現場力と技術力を重視し、設備の安全性・信頼性・効率性を継続的に高めることで、長期的な事業成長を実現してきました。
本ポジションでは、工場全体の操業を支える重要設備の一つであるボイラーを担当し、運転の安定化と技術レベルの底上げを担います。現地メンバーと共に現場に立ち、これまで培った専門性を直接発揮できる、影響範囲の大きな役割です。
工場設備におけるボイラーの運転・操作・管理
ボイラー設備の保全・点検業務および維持管理体制の強化
設備トラブル発生時の原因分析および対策立案・実行
現地スタッフと共に現場で行動しながらの技術サポート・指導
ボイラー運転の安定化、生産効率向上に向けた改善活動
設備担当チームの一員としての情報共有・連携推進
ボイラーの運転・操作・管理・保全・点検に関する専門的な知見
蒸気ボイラーに関する実務経験
大型設備（蒸発量100t/h程度以上）の運用経験があれば尚可
製造業・プロセス産業（食品、医薬品、化学、鉄鋼、電力、エネルギー関連設備 等）での設備運用経験があれば歓迎
英語での技術的なコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方（必要に応じ通訳サポートあり）
以下の資格を保有している方は歓迎
- ボイラー技士（一級・二級）
- ボイラー整備士
- ボイラー溶接士
- エネルギー管理士
