職務内容
- ・ITSMツール導入における標準化・可視化設計（サービス設計、ワークフロー設計、設定作業）
- ・お客様および社内（オンサイト／オフショア）との連携による運用引継ぎと運用保守マネジメント
- ・アプリケーション保守に伴う要件定義〜テスト〜デプロイまでの管理
- ・運用保守体制の最適化、DX化の推進
- ・複数アプリケーションを管理するPM／PLとしての統括業務
