Job Description
- Manage and support quality activities related to Body Assembly processes.
- Participate in new model preparation and quality readiness for body assembly components.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports as per company standards.
- Conduct quality issue analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Apply problem-solving tools such as PFMEA, FTA, and QC Tools to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure ISO system compliance and adherence to quality management standards.
- Prepare reports and participate in Department Review Meetings (DRM).
- Perform Cover Matching Studies by reading and understanding engineering drawings, analyzing issues, and implementing countermeasures for cover matching concerns.
- Support quality process design and control establishment to improve product quality and prevent defects.
- Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth quality operations.
