本ポジションは、営業部門を支えるバックオフィス業務を中心に、データ入力、顧客対応、資料作成、社内調整など多岐にわたるサポート業務を担当する役割です。社内の営業スタッフや他部門と連携しながら、日々の業務が円滑に進むよう支援していただきます。
職務内容
受注、請求、割戻しデータの入力・更新
顧客情報管理
クレジットカード／ACH決済の処理
顧客対応（商品説明・質問対応）
営業資料の作成・更新
在庫やサービス関連の問題を担当部署へ報告
営業スタッフとの連携および進行中の注文管理
会議議事録の作成・配布
セールス・マーケティング資料の作成
会社イベントへの参加（勤務時間外の場合あり）
店頭受取業務や受付サポート
応募要件
英語・日本語のビジネスレベル以上
前向きに学ぶ姿勢がある方
チームでも個人でも柔軟に働ける方
変化に対応できる方
基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Office）
日本食・日本酒に興味がある方歓迎
高校卒業以上、関連経験2年以上歓迎
入社1〜2年以内に日本酒アドバイザー資格を取得できる方
給与 USD $22 - $29/hr.
勤務地 カリフォルニア州 エルモンテ
勤務時間 月〜金 8:00〜17:00
