Job Description
- Handle export and import operations for sea and air freight, including booking and shipment tracking
- Coordinate and negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, and shippers
- Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., B/L, AWB) and provide customer service support
Industry Experience:
2 years of hands-on freight forwarding experience
- Language Skills:
German and English (both required), Japanese (preferred) - Other Skills:
Strong administrative accuracy; good knowledge of Incoterms
- Holidays: Weekends and public holidays / 30 days annual leave
Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 (1hour break), on-site work
