業務内容：

• HRIS（Workday、SAP SuccessFactorsなど）の管理
• 米国、APAC、日本の労働法に準拠した運用
• 各地域オフィス間での人事オペレーションを円滑に進行
• HRISデータ統合およびレポート作成の調整
• 地域オフィス向けの人事方針および手続きの策定

• - Manage HRIS systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
• - Ensure compliance with US, APAC, and Japan labor laws
• - Facilitate HR operations across US, APAC, and Japan offices
• - Coordinate HRIS data integration and reporting
• - Develop HR policies and procedures for regional offices

応募資格：
 

• 人事オペレーションでの8年以上の経験
• HRISに関する経験
• 米国、APAC、日本の労働法に精通していること
• 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力
• Workday、SAP SuccessFactors、または同等のHRISの経験

• - 8+ years of experience in HR operations
• - Experience with HRIS systems
• - Familiarity with US, APAC, and Japan labor laws
• - Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
• - Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS
