Payroll Specialist | Consumer Industry 給与スペシャリスト・消費者業界
当社のクライアントである消費者業界のトップ企業では、給与管理担当を募集しています。このポジションでは、国際的なチームやサードパーティベンダーと協力し、グローバルな給与管理スキルを向上させる機会があります。
業務内容：
- 給与プロセスの管理およびサービスレベル合意の遵守を確保
- 法令およびポリシーに基づく運用管理の実施
- HRチームと従業員の間の問い合わせ解決のための調整
- ベンダーとの関係管理とシステムの最適化
- 内部および外部の給与監査のサポート
- 若手チームメンバーへの給与業務に関する指導
応募資格：
- 給与処理の経験3年以上
- 日本の労働法に関する知識
- 給与ソフトウェア（例：ADP、SAP）の使用経験があれば尚可
- ベンダー管理スキルに優れていること
- 日本語および英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力
- 大手企業での経験があれば尚可
