- オフィスでの L1/L2 ITサポート（オンサイト・リモート）
- グローバルITチームとのエスカレーション・連携対応
- セキュリティポリシー／コンプライアンス遵守の推進
- 役員会議・タウンホール等のAV・会議システムサポート
- PC/モバイル等のIT資産の調達・展開・管理・廃棄および請求処理
