医療機器の品質保証部門におけるアソシエートマネージャー職として、福島工場のPlant Quality Teamをリードいただきます。以下の業務を含む、日々の製品生産を支える品質活動全般をリードしていただきます。
仕事内容・：
・工場製造品の記録照査および出荷判定
・受入検査/製品検査を含む品質管理試験の記録照査および判定
・不適合処理
・苦情処理
・変更管理
・その他、品質保証に関する業務全般
また、部門横断的な活動や、Greater Asia・グローバルBUとの連携も担っていただきます。

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・基本的な財務知識（予算管理、コスト管理など）
学歴・経験：
・理系（科学・工学等）学士以上
・技術職としての経験5年以上
・People Managerとしての経験3年以上、または同等の経験
語学力：
・日本語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）
・英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）
・【歓迎（WANT）】
・Six Sigma Green Belt、Lean LeaderなどのCI関連知識・経験があれば尚可
