【主な職務内容】
・担当するファンクションのHRBPとして、事業計画達成に向けた中長期人材戦略の立案から推進まで、ビジネスリーダーのパートナーとして、お任せします。
・事業部門の責任者と同じ目線で中・期事業計画の設計を支援し、事業売上・標の達成に向け、人材・組織戦略をビジネスリーダーとともに主体的に推進します。
担当ファンクションのビジネスやマーケットを理解し、人材／組織／カルチャー面から目標達成を目指します。
・戦略的パートナーとして、人事／組織／カルチャー関連の問題に関するコンサルタントとしての役割を担い、統合的な解決策を提案し、ビジネスとともに解決を図ります。

Required Skills

・5年程度のHR業務経験 （タレントマネジメント、人事制度、ER等に関する全般的な知識）
・高いコミュニケーション力・交渉/調整力
・外国人マネジメントに対しての企画提案が出来る英語力（ビジネスレベル）
・日本語 ネイティブレベル
・英語 ビジネスレベル以上（ステークホルダーと英語で対応することが発生します）
【歓迎】
・HRBP（部門付き人事）経験
・IT部門担当のHRBP経験
・IT企業、もしくはDX推進フェーズ企業での人事経験
