- Advise management and develop recruitment programs that align with local regulations and global standards
- Lead diverse sourcing strategies for active and passive talent using advanced platforms and methodologies
- Drive end‑to‑end recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and strategic TA projects
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to manage complex offer negotiations and finalize hiring decisions
- Provide coaching, guidance, and capability development to junior TA team members
- Support additional tasks or projects assigned by leadership

- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
- High attention to detail, strong project execution, and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders
