This position plays a critical role in enabling a global med‑tech leader to attract and hire top talent supporting life‑improving medical innovations. You will partner closely with business leaders in Japan to deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions.

Description

  • Advise management and develop recruitment programs that align with local regulations and global standards
  • Lead diverse sourcing strategies for active and passive talent using advanced platforms and methodologies
  • Drive end‑to‑end recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and strategic TA projects
  • Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to manage complex offer negotiations and finalize hiring decisions
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and capability development to junior TA team members
  • Support additional tasks or projects assigned by leadership

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience
  • Proven experience with advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach)
  • Native‑level Japanese and business‑level English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
  • High attention to detail, strong project execution, and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders
