クライアントプログラムのデリバリ管理、ステータス報告、チーム管理を担当
プログラムの依存関係、リスク/課題、およびその軽減策を管理
既知のスコープと依存関係に基づきプロジェクト計画を作成し、基本タイムラインを定義
主要なWBSタスク、依存関係、クリティカルパス、役割、リソースを特定
マイルストーンを全体プログラム計画と整合させ、データ移行計画のタイムラインと依存関係を確認
オフショアリソースの管理を担当し、オンサイトチームメンバーとのコミュニケーションを調整
