IT Project Manager (IoT For Automotive)

A Silicon Valley Start-up is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage internal consulting projects that support next-generation mobility and electric vehicle initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, ensuring successful delivery of project goals
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope definitions, and resource allocations
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity
- Act as a bridge between parties, aligning technical and business objectives
- Monitor project progress and report outcomes, status updates, and risks to leadership
- Ensure projects comply with quality standards and internal processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management frameworks and processes
- Support collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (2-3 days of remote work allowed)

Interview Process: 4 rounds 
 

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or technology-driven environments
- Experience managing software development projects
- Strong understanding of project planning, delivery frameworks, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing complex projects
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
