Job title: Cargo Ops & Sales. 

●Location: KIA, Bengaluru. 

●Designation: Executive (Entry level)

●Reporting line: Station Manager and Section manager

●Job overview：

 International Cargo Handling in Warehouse & Ramp.

 Cargo Accounts & CS

1. Cargo Handling (Warehouse & Ramp) 

・Receiving, sorting, loading, and unloading of cargo.

・Inspecting and confirming cargo to prevent damage or loss, recording weight and   

    transferring it correctly to systems after double check, airwaybill data entry & 

    manifestation in systems.   

2. Safety Management:

・Carrying out tasks in accordance with airline and airport safety regulations 

・Responding to emergencies and reporting incidents.

3. Work Improvement Proposals:

・Planning and proposing initiatives to improve the efficiency of cargo handling operations.

・Collaborating with other departments.

1. Generate Sales 

・Communicate with customers and respond to queries on time.

 * Creating rates and Request for onward connections in system. 

2. Report Management:

・Preparing internal reports

 【Required Skills】

・Experience as a cargo staff at an airport（2 years and more preferable）

・Good Communication skills in English 

・Need skill and attitude to deal with regulatory agencies like Customs, Immigration & Security

【Required Documentations】

・Valid Passport issued in the last 2 years or accepting to submit Police verification (PVC) within specified timeline.

【Preferable qualifications】

・DG Cargo Acceptance, Cargo basic training

・Those who can currently speak a little Japanese or have the desire to learn Japanese in the future
